Payment – All diagnostic ultrasounds are self-pay only. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

Doctor’s Referral – A physician’s order is required for all diagnostic ultrasounds. Please have your referral sent to us before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling – We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Arrival Time – Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling to accommodate other patients.

Results – Ultrasound images and reports will be sent directly to your referring provider. We do not provide diagnostic interpretations.
