How to get the best 3D, 4D, HD Ultrasound Images
At You Kiss We Tell Ultrasound we have come to as close to perfecting the art of 3D/4D/HD as possible, as we are still always at the mercy of baby. Thankfully we have learned some tricks to getting the best 3D, 4D & HD ultrasound images, the biggest being water! Drink one-two gallons of water per day for an entire week before your ultrasound appointment to help build the amniotic fluid around baby, allowing us to get crystal clear ultrasound images. On top of doubling down on your water intake, we recommend eating natural sugars before your appointment to get baby moving. Good things to eat before your ultrasound include sugary fruits such as:
